CLIMATE
The Serengeti’s climate is both warm and dry. The tropical rainy season is from March to May, with short rains from October to November. The temperature is relatively uniform throughout the year with average temperatures ranging from 15C to 26C. The minimum temperature of 13 degrees celsius occurs between May and August.
WHEN TO VISIT
The Serengeti can be visited at any time of the year. In fact, the diversity of the landscape and the endless flux of activity with migratory patterns, resident animal populations and the climate makes for a unique and exhilarating experience.
